Dr Charles Forsyth Recommendations

I suppose the fact that I'm posting at this time in the morning says alot! I'm beyond desperate for help with my Adrenal Fatigue / CFS as I now have reached a point where I can't sleep with anxiety.

Just wondering if anyone has seen Dr Forsyth and would be willing to send me a PM? I really only have one shot at seeing the right person due to the cost so want to make sure I make the right choice.

Thank you so much in advance...xx

So sorry you’re going through this. I’ve never heard of him. I paid for a saliva test for adrenals and it showed my cortisol was way higher than it should be at 4 out of 5 times during the 24 hour period. When I showed the results to my endo, he shrugged. I took some adrenal Support (not the gland) and tried to help my anxiety. Things improved but it seems to be back again. Exercise helps me. I hope this doctor can help you!

Hey Girlslovesscifi! Thank you for your reply :-) you are up at this time too?! Yeah to paid for a saliva Cortisol test showed my Cortisol is really low...especailly in the morning when it should be high. My GP has shrugged off the test too :-( I ahte that we have to suffer like this but also not getting any support or treatment is like Hell.

I really hope you start to recover soon xx big hugs xx

I don’t sleep well at all. Amazing that our doctors aren’t clued up on adrenals. I think my lifelong anxiety maybe triggered my thyroid and adrenals to malfunction - or was it the other way around? I had a lot of nasty viruses when I was young. I’m a freelance content writer and when I work more, I get stressed - even though I quite like the work. I stress and worry about everything! 🤣 Have you looked into the adrenal herbs like rhodiola ans holy basil?

I'm unable to provide any information about Dr Forsyth but I notice from his website that he is not taking on any new patients. I had considered seeing him too, in preference to the naturopath I have been seeing and with whom I'm increasingly becoming disenchanted. If you wish to know who this is (so you don't go down th same road as me) please feel free to PM me.

Hey Amanda...Oh no I just noticed that too! It's hard to know where to turn when the recommended Dr's are so busy! Says it all really about the lack of support out there. I would be so grateful if you didn't mind PM me the name of the Naturopath you've being seeing. So so sorry to hear it hasn't been helping. This is the problem, it's such a minefield out there and we just want to get better. I really hope you find the right person soon. Stay positive...we will get there. xx
