2 years ago i was having heart tests done due to chest pain, had stress test, scan and ecg, ecg showed ST depression (dr said it was probably normal for me)

few weeks ago i had the ecg and it showed slight saggy st segment now when i googled it i was finding st depression

why have they decided now to do the angiogram with the dye when i had the same ecg 2 years ago when my cortsisol was high
