I just noticed this on my bloods - slightly out of range GP has checked and said no action, I'm just concerned for the record I have Hashis.

Lymphocyte count 3.11 10*9/L [1.0 - 3.0]

Thank you

A one off slightly out of range white blood cell count with no signs and symptoms means nothing.

Just keep an eye on it on future blood tests to see if it is increasing.

Edited to say: Before anything is decided is wrong with white blood cells they do repeat tests with around a 3 month gap to ensure that no illnesses are causing the odd result. However they only do repeat tests if when you are slight out of range you also have signs and symptoms of illness infections. If you are massively out of range - which you aren't - then they refer you immediately.
