Anyone had good experiences with actvis? Looking to switch from Mercury to this.
Actvis Levo: Anyone had good experiences with... - Thyroid UK
Actvis Levo
It's the only make for me 👍
Did you have negative experiences with others? After only a few days of mercury I had -
Irritability, Mood swings, Restlessness,Inability to sleep
Muscle tension and twinges
I see on your other post you are only taking 25mcg, have you just started taking Levo ? The symptoms you mention are also hypo symptoms, 25mcg is a tiny dose so more than likely you are undermedicated and/or you haven't been on it long enough.
I keep trying to start it but every time I do I get these side effects, I don't have them before starting it only when on them
Are you giving your body enough time to adjust ? It isn't an instant fix, can take many months to get positive effects.
I have a severe anxiety condition so those side effects are way too scary to handle I'm wired anyway those things make me way more wired
But they probably aren't side effects, even if you change to T3 or NDT you still have to get over the initial effects it will have as your body adjusts.
How do you mean? They were making me aggressive, surely that's side effects?
How many days did you try them ?
Actavis didnt suit me, but we are all different.. i tried them for 7 months but effects didnt wear off, i was having sever mood drops literally every 15 minutes, happy one minute crazy sad the next, felt like i was going crazy too, also head head rushes every morning from them.. im now on mercurypharma and alot better..
Do you get mood swings from Mercury? I seem up and down like a yoyo and feel pent up all the time like I could punch a wall
i seem to be ok at the minute on mercurypharma but im only on 75mcg and i know im undermedicated but every time i go up to 100mcg my ft4 goes over range i feel better hypo to be honest... your symptoms sound like your overmedicated as when my ft4 goes over i get pent up and angry and also get paranoid.. what dose are u on? i would try lowering it and see how u feel after 4 weeks..
