Antibodies elevated and attacking thyroid

Hi I am 29 and I have antibodies attacking thyroid and I take 50mcg levo. Diagnosed 2011, neck is swollen, having trouble swallowing, tiredness, joint pain, sweats when walking, interrupted sleep, pins and needles in feet, constipation, heavy periods, heavy feeling eyes, black circles under eyes, dizziness, clumsiness and muscle cramps, headaches, sugar cravings, salt cravings, losing weight. You are on a very low dose of levo.Get your blood test results with the ranges,also ferritin,folate ,D3 ,B12 and antibodies and start a new post to enable the knowledgable to reply.
