jeanjeannie50 As everything else is in range, with no red flags, I'll just comment on your thyroid results.

You are in need of a dose increase. From a previous thread I see you might have to take it slowly, so if you don't think you can manage the normal 25mcg increase, then do 12.5mcg for now. Whatever you increase by, retest in 6-8 weeks' time and you may need another incease.

The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo.

It would be an idea to get vitamins and minerals tested, we need optimal levels for thyroid hormone to work properly:

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

Thank you so much for your reply. Will do as you advise, but guess I'd better put it past my GP too. I'm in AF right now, so will wait until that subsides. Should I get my antibodies tested too?
