is inulin any good to use with thyroid

ive just got it through email and im tempted as its supposed to be good, seems ok for diabetes too

Do you have constipation? Do you have high triglycerides?

constipation now and then

not sure on the triglycerides

would they have tested them in A/E when i was there with chest pain?

I've seen it's mainly for those conditions but the side effects are stomach problems.

It's a prebiotic fibre. It is a FODMAP, so a no-no if you have IBS. If you take too much you'll get a bad gut. That's about it really.
