Hi guys me again, endo has prescribed carbi and levo for block and replace, so whilst at chemists yesterday i have paid for both prescriptions. I have been diagnosed with hashi's aswell, i dud read somewhere on here about free prescriptions? Where do i need to go to get it free and what is is certificate called? Also is it all free prescriptions or just thyroid meds? Xxx😨

It has long been discussed/argued whether someone on block and replace is covered. The precise wording - myxoedema (that is, hypothyroidism which needs thyroid hormone replacement) - leaves it open to interpretation.
The pharmacy should have given you a special receipt that you can get refunded. If they didn't, afraid you cannot get today's payments reimbursed.
Thanks hevella i will look at that link. Pharmacy did not say anything, just costs a fortune but its been paid so thats that!! Oh well just costs a fortune doesnt it.x
You might be able to save money if you buy a prepayment card.
