As usual looking for something else on the web, I came across this.

It is actually and advert, but its a FREE audio, 10 minute programme that explains the vital role of the gut, how it is responsible for 70% + of our immune system health. The usage of antibiotics negatively affecting our gut balance. Our probiotic gut balance should have a ratio of:

85% probiotics positive beneficial bugs to 15% bad bugs like Candida albicans.

It mentions many interesting things that all link up to create the problems most if not all of us are currently facing reading the posts on this excellent forum. Its simple easy to understand language.

It also quotes a serious authority over here in the UK, a Dr. Glen Gibson at reading University- somebody worth researching.
