Endocrinologist told me original results are random and my 2nd results means it's improving no further action to be taken. Symptoms more likely mental health. Having blood test in 4 weeks, but I've already been discharged by the endocrinologist. He said he'd write to me if he thinks he can help me, would not allow me to email with my research on mental health linked with hormones. I'm 29 and been suffering very problematic symptoms most of my life, including 'quite severe at times' mental health. Your thoughts would greatly be appreciated.

You need to put the ranges (the numbers in brackets after the numbers you have given) and say what medication you are on and for what condition. How on earth can results be "random"?
Your first blood tests are strange in that your TSH is below range as is your FT4 yet your FT3 is above range.
Your second test with a TSH of 2.77 indicates that your thyroid is starting to struggle, your below range FT4 would indicate hypothyroidism and your FT3 is good but that could just be your body doing it's best to pump out as much of the active hormone (T3) as it can.
However, unless both tests were done under the same conditions and at the same time of day, they are not comparable.
We always recommend blood being drawn at the earliest appointment of the morning (no later than 9am), and fast overnight. This is because TSH is highest very early in the morning and lowers throughout the day and it also lowers after eating. So following the recommendations every time means that you can accurately compare results.
I think it may be a good idea to get thyroid antibodies tested, there are two types - Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) and Thyroglobulin (TG). NHS rarely does TPO and almost never does TG (usually requested by an endo I think). But you can be negative for TPO and positive for TG so it's important to get them both done.
If you have any other tests besides these two, it might be worth posting them to see if there is any kind of pattern, but say at what time of day they were done as they might not be comparable.
Thank you for your response it is greatly appreciated! I've had 2 more blood tests since. I have the results of one but the other one I'm waiting to see the endoconoligist on the 12th Dec. They tested for antibodies I think on both but deffinetly the 1st one of the latest 2, I can put them up here tomorrow. I also had a thyroid scan but the lady doing the scan seemed to think that all looked fine, I'm yet to have the results of that properly. How reliable are those tests do you know?
I'm not on any medication at present. This is very early days getting anywhere with them, because of what that 1st blood test flagged up (it's not the 1st one I've had on the whole). My GP then referred me to the endoconoligist as she didn't know what to make of the results.
