Taking Levothyroxine Before Bed

I read somewhere that if you take Levothyroxine in the evening it helps conversion to T3. Also that many people that do this don`t feel so bad in the mornings? Does anybody have experience of this? Why would this be the case?

Personally I found it noticeably better. Plus hated waiting an hour in mornings for cup of tea.

Needs to be 2 hours minimum after a meal, and an hour after anything other than water. If you are out and eating late, just take in middle of night instead

Thanks for your help SlowDragon. What about supplements - how long should I leave before I take Levo.?

Most supplements are better taken in mornings, e.g. B complex.

Magnesium is better in afternoon or evening but needs to be minimum of 4 hours before Levo.

Iron, HRT, vitamin D (if not mouth spray) and magnesium all minimum 4 hours away

I have always taken mine at bedtime, and I never feel bad in the mornings, but then I've never been a morning person.
