How to start with t3?

Hi everyone

I have posted 23 days ago with these results

TSH 0.2 0.2-5.5

Free T4 22.7 10-24.5

Free T3 4.8 3.1-6.8

I know they look good. I have started to supplement vitamins B12, D, folate, magnesium, selenium, zinc but I still dont feel 100%. And I went gluten free the most of the time.

I have got Tiromel and I would like to try it to see if I would feel better taking that.

Would you please advise how can I start please. I dont have any thyroid anymore. Struggling with weight loss, which affects other aspects of my life, I do retain the water and high blood pressure.

I am on 150mg Levo a day.

Buy a pillcutter from any high street pharmacy and quarter the 25mcg Tiromel and start with 6.25mcg added to your 150mcg Levothyroxine. Two weeks later, if you tolerate the T3 alright, you can add a second 6.25mcg dose 8 hours later or at bedtime. Hold at 12.5mcg T3 for 6-8 weeks and have a thyroid test, including FT3, to ensure FT3 remains within range before increasing further.

An take months to get vitamin levels up so wondering if given it enough time. Also you may not be taking enough. Look at SeasideSusie's posts re dosing. She's spot on.

I'm supplementing just over a month. I had a advice from seasidesusie about supplements already so I got some and started.

But I'll check out her posts to get more advice.
