In this 2 months that im suffering of adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid simptom i had noticed an event.
When i go to sleep, i often wake up at 4 am with panick attack and a lot of nervousness in my body. I read on the web this happening because insuline-resistence or if you have adrenal fatigue your body replace thr lack of cortisol with adrenaline.
From when i star eatin every 3 hours a pieces of chocolate (that cointain sugar) i dont have no more this simptom
Right now i dont have diabetes.
Do you experience something like this?
