Hi everyone can low white blood count and low platelets be caused by Hashimotos or Graves' disease I have both and I have tried to get them up with no luck so I thought it might be the autoimmune thing

From looking at those links it seems that autoimmune disorders could be a cause of low levels of both WBC and Platelets.
