Best time to take medication

Have had to up my levo to 125mmg when is the best time to take meds so I have optimum effect from this medicatoin

There isn't really a particular time. The most important thing is that it is taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hr before Good, tea or coffee, or at least 3 hrs after. This requirement is usually easiest to meet by taking either at bedtime or first thing in morning. Also it must be taken at least 2 hrs away from any other medicines or supplements and in some cases 4 hrs. If you tell us any you are on then proper advice can be given. Also it bed acid stomach conditions to absorb properly, so any antacids meds will interfere.

It really is a matter of findng what suits you and trying to stick to it until it becomes an established habit.
