What are signs of Hashimoto flare up?

Today has not been a good day, I feel like I have a knot in my chest, heart rate is elevated and I have an over all feeling of anxiety.

Hashis is a horrible disease which I also have. I went gluten and then lacto free and addressed my very low levels of B12, Vit D by taking supplements. Check out Seaside Susie posts re what supplements to take. The only way to overcome Hashis is to take charge of your diet and your health. NHS won't be much help, they try to ignore Hashsi's won't even use the name! Izabella Wentz book on Hashi's is worth reading, don't "swallow" it all though! Try to avoid stress whislt you are having a flare and stay away from processed foods/ready meals. Eat fresh foods but do avoid gluten. Eat rice instead! good luck
