After advice from people on this forum I've switched from Levo to Thyroid-S. Just wondering when I should get my levels checked? How often and which tests. Thank you.

Usually it is after six weeks on a particular dose but because NDT contains more hormones than levo, your results will look skewed. i.e. NDT contains, T3, T4, T2, T1 and calcitonin. Levo T4 only converts to T3.
It is more on how the person feels on a particular dose is the criteria i.e. if pulse or temp rises too high, reduce to previous dose.
