I jut read a post that you should not take VITD with your thyroid meds...I have been all this time:( Is there a list of what should not be taken with the thyroid rx?

You shouldn't take anything with your thyroid 'meds'. All thyroid hormones should be taken on an empty stomach, with a glass of water, one hour before eating or drinking anything other than water; two hours before other medication or supplements; four hours before iron, calcium, vit D and oestrogen; and preferably six hours before magnesium.

Otherwise, you compromise absorption.
