Stomach acid test

I'm taking levothyroxine with water only, first thing in the morning. I'd like to do the burp test (lovely name!), baking soda with water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. May be a silly question, but which do I do first? Should I skip levo until last thing at night? Or doesn't it matter because the levo & baking soda won't interfere with each other?

I doubt there would be any problems but if you're worried do the baking soda test first, then take your Levo, then wait an hour before breakfast.
