What supplements can I take with Levo at the same time?

I know about not taking calcium or iron with Levo but are there any other supplements you should not take with it. If I were to take it at night would it interfere with melatonin or magnesium?

Hi - you really shouldn't take anything with levo as absorption could be reduced or even stopped. Some are worse than others, however, iron, magnesium, I believe vit D (someone else can confirm or negate this?) and oestrogen need to be 4 hrs, all other supplements and meds 2 hrs away.

Yes, vit D four hours away from thyroid hormone. And, magnesium is best six hours away from thyroid hormone!

Supplemements have to be taken 4 hours apart from Levo.

I take hormones when I get up and as most of my supplements have to be taken with food. I take them at lunchtime.

Are you querying if you can take levo at bedtime? If so, you cannot take supplements and also should have last eaten about 2.5 to 3 hours previously. Food interferes with the uptake of hormones.
