Is this the right place to discuss it? I'm unsure. If it's okay - has anyone ever thought their hypothyroid could be Cushings related? Does anybody here suffer from it?

Thyroiditis86,

Cushing's disease does not cause hypothyrodism. Both thyroid disease and Cushings are more common in middle age but one does not cause the other.

Cushing's disease is a serious condition of an excess of the steroid hormone cortisol in the blood level caused by a pituitary tumor secreting adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). ACTH is a hormone produced by the normal pituitary gland.
