My hair is dry

I have naturally straight hair , my hair have been very dry and brittle for a year because of iron deficiency

I did an iron test and it turned out that my iron is 14 my doctor told me to raise it up to 60 in two months so that my hair becomes stronger

I started taking 50 mg once a day but is it really possible for me to raise it up to 60 in just two months !?

also , how long will take for my hair to become soft again ?

Maruko,

I think it is likely to take a lot longer than 2 months to raise iron from 14 to 60. Your hairdresser should be able to advise products to moisturise your hair and make it more manageable in the meantime.
