Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last march after being diagnosed with depression. I had been feeling very fatigued and always forgetting things, to the point where it had affected my work. It has been a rough journey. I am taking Levothyroxine 100mg but still have symptoms. It has been a rough journey, especially professionally. I also have alot of muscle and joint issues as a result. But I am still here and thankful.

The first thing you need to do, is get hold of your blood test results. It's important that you know exactly what was tested and what the results were - but make sure you get the ranges. If you live in the UK, it is your legal right to have a copy.

Were you put straight onto 100 mcg? Or did you start at 50, and have had two increases? You are probably still under-medicated, but we won't know unless we see your results.

I started at 25mcg, have had three increases. I can get my results tomorrow, it's a public holiday today. I live in Barbados

Well, when you get your results, start a new thread with them. And, don't forget to put the ranges. Results without ranges are meaningless.
