Hi - it is important to always quote the ranges with any test results as labs differ. They should look something like ferritin 36 (20-150).
Whilst b12 ranges seem to be fairly similar everywhere, ferritin and folate aren't, so any interpretation without ranges would be purely a guess. By that standard, it would appear that your b12 and ferritin are both on the low side, but probably not low enough for your gp to consider treating. Folate ranges vary too much to even guess.

Ferritin 36 is low in range. Ferritin is optimal around halfway through range and most people suggest 70-100 minimum. You can raise ferritin by supplementing iron which should be taken with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
