Hi, any advice gratefully received. Had blood tests done results are on on photo. It appears I might be lacking iron too.

Very difficult to read, but looks like your thyroid is struggling but GPs usually wait until TSH is 10. Your T4 is too low and thus your FT3 which is the active hormone that T4 converts to will be low.Antibodies,folate,ferritin,B12 and D3 need testing.
According to my doctor (a so called Hertoghe doctor in Belgium), a healthy individual (that is, with a thyroid gland functioning optimally) has a TSH no higher than 2 and, ideally, even around 1. The current TSH ranges are most likely too "generous" and should be revised so that a TSH above 3 (or even 2.5) should be considered indicative of a struggling thyroid. I cannot believe that UK doctors will wait until your TSH is 10 or higher before considering treatment...by that time, you have full-blown hypothyroidism with all that entails (weight gain, fatigue, bloating, hypertension, just to name a few...).
Thanks for your reply, interesting to see the difference in countries.
