Hi

Latest bloods today, the last two months ago ( is this a bit soon I'm now wondering)?

The results have improved a bit and definately the antibodies have reduced down but still have deep fatigue, I just need to sleep even after 3 hours work on feet, and I have ongoing fear feelings, over analysing and now low mood, also the tinnitus is really louder, apart from this I'm fine 🙄

I've been gluten free a few months now and thinking of taking out dairy, I'm nightshade family free and healing gut and stomach acids with Nutri products

I took levo for a month, the low mood then got worse it seems and anxiety vamped up, when I stopped levo I had phlegm for three weeks, now gone ( unsure if this good or bad? Did levo allow mucin to dispel or, did the fillers create it? Good question )

Here goes

May I just point out that my results are just a bit higher in the same medicheck range than another member whose tsh is in the low range , But mine is 4 and it was at 5 two months ago, neither of us take meds so don't know what to make of this? I will be told I am hypo, but as my antibodies are low have I hashi?

Free thyroxine 16.7 (12 - 22)

Total thyroxine 105 (59 - 154 )

Free t3 4.37 (3.10 - 6.80)

Antibodies Thy 126 (0-115)

Peroxidane 13.2 (0 - 34 )

Vits

B12 395 (140-724)

Folate 11.75 (2.9 - 50)

D 110 (50- 200)

Crp 3.3 (0 - 5)

Thanks a lot to all

Hi I would say you have Hashimotos because your TG antibodies are over range.

Your Thyroid free levels are still too low. The aim is to get them in the top third in their ranges or even in the top quarter. You still have a fair way to go. Were you given an increase after your last test? If so then once you start the increase it takes 5-6 weeks to get fully into your system.

So if you have been taking them that length of time then the testing is valid but it looks as though you need another increase and retest again and then keep repeating until your results look and you feel good. Even when on your best dose some symptoms can take some time to subside especially if you have had the symptoms a long time before treatment started.
