There's is a shortage of Uni-Pharma T3 in Greece and pharmacies are being asked by Uni-Pharma to supply prescriptions so unless you find a pharmacy with some old stock you may be unlucky. If you do find T3 75mcg Levothyroxine is equivalent to 25mcg T3. I would buy a pillcutter and split the tablet into 2 doses 8 - 12 hours apart.
You are a little undermedicated to have TSH 3.21. I wouldn't raise Levothyroxine dose because that may increase rT3. If you decide not to switch to T3 only you could add 1/4 tablet T3 (6.25mcg) T3 to 75mcg Levothyroxine.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
VitD is sub optimal. 2 weeks sunshine will probably top you up sufficiently but I would supplement 2,500iu daily October to April when ultraviolet light is low.
Ferritin is optimal half way through range. You can supplement iron to raise ferritin. Take each tablet with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
Take iron and vitamin D 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and T3.
