changing to armour from Levothyroxine

I am on 100 mg of Levothyroxine and want to try armour how would I manage this? what would be the best way of replacing the Levothyroxine with Armour. Any advice greatly appreciated

100mcg Levothyroxine is roughly equivalent to 1.5mcg Armour. I would start by reducing Levothyroxine to 50mcg and adding 1 grain Armour and after 2 weeks stop Levothyroxine and raise Armour to 1.5 grains.
