Hi.. i'm TB patient it's been 9 months since i started TB treatment and Yesterday i diagnosed hypothyroidism. TSH 5.5 AND T3 AND T4 normal.. is it curable. And what should i eat and what i don't. Pls advice me. I'm so worried..

Hypothyroidism is not curable, but manageable if you have a good doctor.

Do you have the actual numbers and ranges for the FT4 and FT3? There's no such thing as 'normal', that just means 'in range'. But just 'in range' isn't always good enough.

As for eating, the thing you must avoid is unfermented soy. Because that will make you more hypo. Some people find that a gluten-free diet helps them - especially if they have high antibodies. But the important thing is to eat good clean food, not processed, and enough of it - no low-calorie diets!
