Joannagof,

Ok is an opinion not a result. What is your iron level and the range please and how long ago was it tested? The blood tests recommended are ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate. You don't need to stop taking a multi vitamin before a thyroid blood test.

Having had that and more thyroid issues since I was 32., I can tell you that you can recover. First cut out as many toxins as possible from food and even shampoos etc (I use all Sisel safe products and have done for 20 years). Eat well with lots of veg and good quality protein etc . Think about not eating any wheat, rye, spelt or barley at all. Take a good supplement that gives you all the trace minerals and amino acids and has the fulvic acid to help you fully absorb it. I take SpectraMaxx with the other 2 in the Triangle of Life - FuCoyDon (fucoidan) and a resveratrol supplement called Eternity. . 3 for the price of 2 when bought together. These have helped me back to real wellness and energy. I am now in my sixties. To find out more, Message me or go to zest.sisel.net. To see what fucoidan and resveratrol do go to pubmed.gov and look them up.
