Massive anxiety

Seem to be having anxiety at this moment. Massive. Butterflies and everything about nothing inparticular.

Can this be caused by my new

meds (25mg levothyroxine) or condition?

It can be a mixture of both. Anxiety is common symptom of being hypo. Starting dose is pretty small, this can sometimes make us feel a bit worse. But if you have been hypo a long time.....sounds like you might have been.... then we often need to start on very low dose and increase slowly.

Depression is also classic sign of being hypo.

Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 checked yet? Common for these to be too low and this may not feeling helping. When you get test results, put on new post, members can advise on supplements
