A few questions about adrenal saliva and DHEA tests

Hi, I'm looking at doing the 24 hours saliva test for adrenal function and also a dhea test. Is there a difference between the dhea saliva and blood test, is one more reliable than the other? Also I was wondering why the turnaround with some places such as medichecks is a lot quicker than others like genova.

I'm weighing up turnaround times and cost before deciding who to go with.
