My son just picked up my levo from the chemist for me following a dose increase by the GP. I was previously on 50mcg of Actavis. I now have 50mcg Actavis and 25mcg Wockhardt, which looks to be a slightly different type of levo - levothyroxine sodium rather than anhydrous levothyroxine sodium.
Is it ok to mix brands like this?

All levothyroxine is calculated as anhydrous levothyroxine. That is how the standards are defined.
When they make up the mixture to form tablets, all levothyroxine will be be hydrated by the water in the mixture.
Levothyroxine can both grab water from the air (if the humidity is high enough) or lose water to the air (if the humidity is low enough).
So, whether the levothyroxine ingredient is anhydrous or hydrated makes no difference. So long as they know when they weigh it out (as hydrated is heavier than anhydrous).
