Has anyone had any luck with reducing ferritin levels? Mine are very high, probably due to chronic inflammation.

I already take turmeric to try and get them down but no success yet

Mozzymoo,

Welcome to our forum.

Chronic inflammation is common in Hashi sufferers.

Do you have Hashi ? ? ... If you post any recent blood test results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) members will comment.

I supplement Curcumin, Alpha-Lipoic Acid & Trans-resveratrol to keep inflammation under control.
