I had my thyroid biopsy (benign) right side almost 3 weeks ago. Last week my neck was sore. To press on my thyroid and surrounding area up into the jaw area on the right. It's very tender to touch but it didn't bother me the week before. Normal ? or a trip to GP worthy? I'm in Canada, free healthcare but I work 2 jobs. So time off is the issue. Plus, I don't like hearing about wasting their time
Thanks everyone, first post but everyone is so helpful.

My neck was tender and bruised for about a week after FNA biopsy. I would have expected intial discomfort which would have resolved by now. Perhaps you should see your GP to rule out infection.
