Welcome to the forum, Bezzyboo.

You can take Levothyroxine and B1 but should take them 2 hours apart.

For maximum absorption Levothyroxine should be taken with water 1 hour before, or 2 hours after, food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements, magnesium and oestrogen.

Thanks for that

Any reason you want to supplement with just B1?

You might be better supplementing a good vitamin B complex. The general advise seems to be to supplement all the B's together.
