Has anyone else had really heavy legs with Graves' disease? By the end of the day I feel like I can hardly walk. Is this normal?

I have graves , diagnosed in May 2015 and my t4 on diagnosis was 86 range ( 10- 26 ) , so I was very hyper . Legs felt like lead weights and It was hard work even getting upstairs . Thankfully those days are gone . I am on a really low maintenance dose of 5mg carbimazole every other day . I still get aching hips and knees but nothing too bad . Once my levels started to drop my legs just started feeling better . It wasn't a quick fix and took ages . Hope that helps .
Thank you ianswife. Yes I find it difficult walking upstairs and up hills with the dog. Guess I just need to wait until my levels stabilise. Many thanks
