Reading your previous post I agree with Radd that low-normal TSH with low FT4 and low FT3 may indicate secondary hypothyroidism or isolated TSH deficiency. Without sufficient TSH stimulation the thyroid can't produce hormone. Treatment is Levothyroxine or NDT to replace low hormone but endocrinology should investigate whether there is pituitary dysfunction and, if so, whether sex and growth hormones are deficient.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
