Can anyone give advice on going gluten free with hashimotos, improvement has been slow and tpo antibodies are not reducing so think I should take the plunge and try it. Any experience good or bad appreciated

I went gluten free as I was in a bad state & this helped so much with symptoms, also found going dairy free helped a lot too 🙂

Also me, and I am in better shape after 3 months of GF I am now trying to stop dairy says she who just had an egg, struggling more with dairy, GF not so bad at all, I was told I needed to also take out the nightshade family, haven't missed potatoes as use a few sweet potato chips ( enjoying food much more and it all tastes better ?! ) also have eliminated most sugar, takes time to do this and best to follow your gut instinct what's right for you x
