Is it cold in here???

Hi there everyone

For some time now i always get what i call the death cold anytime between 2 and 5 in the afternoon. No matter what is going on weather wise. I often wonder why it's in between these times. I do get cold in the middle of the night a lot too but seem to have noticed the afternoon pattern.

Anyone else suffer badly with this too? I am currently in 100mcg levo. Only dx 3 months ago

Hi. I've had this 3 times, quite alarming! As hypo I'm unsure why I'm usually warm and get hot flashes type of thing x
