I am completely lost with all this now, i have never been diagnosed with an under active thyroid but were showing symptoms and have just above the lower range on T3. I have b12 deficiency as well!! I have put a lot of weight on since starting tablets and feel they are not benefiting me. I requested a T4 test and I have the results

11.6 (8 - 18) T4

0.227 (0.345 - 5.6) TSH

can anyone tell me if i should be reducing my medication?

No, certainly not. Your FT4 is not even mid range. I think you need an increase in dose.
