When to take WP thyroid

I have read somewhere that I should take my ndt at a certain time of the day and away from some supplements. Please could someone clarify if that is true?

Hoalarg,

You can take NDT any time of day or night as long as you take it with water 1 hour before, or 2 hours after, food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements, magnesium and oestrogen.

Clutter , If you take T4 also you can take it together with a full cup of water away from food . Keep away from Calcium /Iron at least four hours away . And please split your T3 to gain the most benefits .
