Lingering Virus or Hashi's flare. Could my thyroid levels be to blame?

Hi

Has anyone had a lingering virus?

I have felt out of sorts for about two months now.

Aches and pains, dry tickly cough, headache, intermittent sore throat, fatigue and the past couple of weeks have felt nauseous on and off.

Now the last three days I have felt a lot worse. I started with really bad shivering to the point of shaking in the afternoon then had really bad sweats during the night, my legs feel like lead and feel though they don't belong to me. Today I feel awful my head feels as though it is whooshy, l feel faint when I get up and feel really week and feel quite emotional.

Just wondering if I cannot get rid of the virus because of my hypothyroidism, or if it is a hashi's flare.

Last blood results Feb. 2017

TSH 1.5 range 0.35 - 4.7 three weeks previous TSH was 3.2

T4 6.5 range 7.8 - 21.0

T3 5.2 range 3.2 - 6.0

Both my anti body levels are in range but very high in range, so not sure if I have hashi's or not

I am taking 1.5 W.P. Thyroid, last dose was taken 17 hours before blood test.

Anyone else got this virus (if it is indeed it is a virus) or find they cannot shake a virus off?

Thank you.
