Been on 50mcg quite happily for a while but then symptoms started sneaking back in. Tried 75mcg alternate days but felt worse so went back to 50 and seemed to go along fine for a few weeks but symptoms came back. Have upped to 75mcg daily for the last week or so but wake every day feeling weak and unrested.
Should I go up to 100mcg or do I need to give this last increase a bit longer? Really struggling to get through the days with two active kids. Not due for another blood test till June time.

It takes 7-10 days to absorb a dose increase and up to six weeks to feel the full impact of the dose. Stick with 75mcg for 6-8 weeks and then order a private thyroid test to check TSH, FT4 and FT3 levels before increasing further.
Thanks Clutter just seems strange that I am not feeling an effect as when I went from 25 - 50 I felt markedly better quite quickly. Ah well patience I guess...!
