I'm on NDT and just got bloods checked at my GP feeling great but a bit concerned
TSH. 0.1 range 0.3- 6
T3. 8.9. Range 3.5 - 6.5
T4. 16.7. Range. 9- 24
So my T3 is a little high but feel great taking 2 grain a day

If you feel great you are on the correct dose and don't allow doctor to change.
The blood tests were introduced along with levothyroxine - T4 only. So if we take NDT, containing T4, T3, T2, T1 it cannot be the same as T4 only. The best way to judge if dose suits is 'how you feel'. So I wouldn't change anything at all.
T4 converts to T3, so being on NDT the T4 converts to T3 and it also has T3 which would probably show higher.
In the link below the doctor would not prescribe T4. He'd only prescibe NDT or T3 for thyroid resistant patients.
(I am not medically qualified by the way )
Carriebaby,
If you took NDT before your blood draw the T3 will peak in your blood for up to 6-8 hours and that will be why FT3 is high.
If you left more than 8 hours between last dose and blood draw you are over medicated and should reduce dose by 1/2 to 3/4 of a grain.
