TT in 2008 and still struggling

Hi, I was on 300mg of levothyroxine and been reduced to 200 over last couple of months, and putting weight on rapidly I'm 5'8" and now weigh 99kg I'm so fed up, I walk at least 15000 steps a day and eat healthily I'm at the end of my tether. Having been 70kg I am so uncomfortable and low and not by choice! The weight is a huge issue for me but also my skin is dry my eyes are' funny' I'm cold and have no appetite. Anyone have any advice? I'm going for blood test today.
