splitting levothyroxine

im on day 6 of 4ml

im doing ok so far

i have noticed i feel different for a few hours, hard to explain but i can focus more and breath better after taking the dose and then it wears off and its back to no energy unable to breath ect

is there any reason i cant take 2ml in the morning then 2ml again later

why would it make me feel slightly better soon after taking?

Try it and see whether it feels better but make sure you take both doses away from food and drink.

thats the problem, im picking at food throughout the day

might just stick to first thing in morning for a few more weeks and then add some T3 in the afternoon
