Heeelooo.... a little help with Blood tests please :-)

Hello lovelies....well I'm plodding along as per usual....I have just received the last blood test results....as follows, do i need to be overly concerned about anything or should i just plod along?...im feeling ok atm and I'm on 4 grains of THIROYD from thailand...the doc here suggests i speak to my normal GP ( hahahhahahaaaaaaa..NOT A CHANCE) and states i may be over medicated? i guess i could cut back to 3?....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

the elevated iron is due to the iron infusion i had last year, I'm supplementing and injecting with vitamin B12 too so that explains that. I take vitamin D regularly and was hoping this would be higher but its mid range, I'm still gluten free but have been glutanised a bit recently ...

i also take

and bioidentical HRT

all in all I'm feeling a thousand times better than i did this time last year....

so many thanks for your support and your continued help and support....

thank you xx

On NDT your TSH is going to be supressed... I found it refreshing that on my last blood test with medichecks they actually said that :) Also often T4 is low on NDTso only T3 to look at which is fine, you could increase if you wished as it is lowish in range. So imho my answer is no, don't reduce NDT, if you feel good stay as is, if not try 1/4 or 1/2 more. You answered all the other red results. :)

You're not over medicated. The doctor was fussing about your suppressed TSH but FT4 is low and FT3 within range so you aren't over medicated. There is scope to increase dose as you say in your PM you are feeling tired and I don't you should simply put up with it. Most people taking NDT will feel better when FT3 is between 5.0 and 6.8.

Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).

VitD is good. Vit D is optimal around 100, you don't want it too high as it can increase calcium levels. I would continue supplementing until end of April and resume supplementing again in October.

B12 and folate are good.
