He's describing symptoms of hypercalcemia. He hasn't mentioned Vit K in any great detail, i.e. it's a co-factor of vitamin D that makes sure the calcium goes to where it's meant to go. Prime sources of Vit K are leafy greens; ghee is way down on the list of prime sources for vit K.

I'm including ghee in the fats section of above article. Just a quick Google find - there are probably better reference points.
No offence but I think he lacks merit by paying so little attention to important co-factors.
