Vitamin D, magnesium and K2

I am on a loading dose of 20000iu, 3 times a week for 10 weeks for vit D deficiency. I got some great advice here about the importance of taking magnsium and K2 along with it, which I have just started doing.

However, what I wanted to ask was- do I just take the mag and K on the 3 days I take the vit D or do I take it everyday? Thanks 😊
